Whether you are serving guests in a restaurant, hotels, catering fine foods or at home, Chef Services Inc has a selection of the specialty products you need.  We offer specialty finer foods, china flatwares and porcelain chaffing dish inserts that are very unique and somewhat difficult to find and on the open market. Customer service excellence and satisfaction is our main goal. 

Our History 

Chef Services Inc. was originally Chef Norms Personal Chef Services since 2001 as a part-time business.  Times change and the outlook improved to offering another venue of business by switching to an online and contact sales approach to the Hospitality Industry, Chefs and the everyday culinary cuisiners and food lovers.  That is how we have evolved to gain more exposure to finer foods and supplies for our valued customers. 

Chef Norman Ruhe Jr. is a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator.  His extensive culinary background ranges from the liscenced cooks apprentice, to a BS degree in Hospitality Management, as a cook, chef, Hotel and Resort Food and Beverage Director to an Executive Chef/Director of his own business.  American Culinary Federation Triad Chapter NC, Chef of the Year, 1999. His experiences range from fine dining restaurants, resorts, hotels, luxury hotels, retirement communities, teaching as a Culinary Arts Instructor at Community Colleges and Adjunct Instructor at the Culinary Arts Institute of Charlotte, NC.

Currently, I am adding as new website buffetdisplayonline.com to present a full line of tabletop buffet, meeting break and other food display gourmet presentation small wares.  The acrylic trays, bowls mirrors and other tray centerpiece items of of the finest quality.  The steel metal stands are hand crafted in the USA in Washington State and are of the finest quality base for many display items.  I am looking forward to present this fine line of wares.
