Question 1) Is using ozone for surface cleaning a safe practice?

Answer 1) Place the ozonated water into a spray bottle and spay the surface, then wipe with a clean paper towel.  The effect is the same as for food products where it oxidizes any bacteria, mold, other contaminants.  The ozonated water has a 20 to 30 minute maximum life span so, the water in the spray bottle needs to be used or discarded.

Question 2)  You mention  Industry discounts available.  What is the discount you are offering?

Answer 2) The Industry discount is for those who have a foodservice business and are seeking to get a better price for the items.  If you are a restaurant, hotel or any foodservice business and state that when you contact us we will know if you are a business.  The Mayfair line of china discount starts at 25% off the listed case only prices and a 10% discount on china items listed as each once the minimum is reached.  Large orders over $1200.00 can recieve up to 30% off list prices and free shipping in NC and SC.  Additional discounts are available so please contact us, you might be overwhelmed!

China rental businesses, china resellers also qualify for chinaware discounts.  Larger orders over $1200.00 can recieve up to a 30% discount off yhe list price and free shipping in NC and SC.  Additional discounts are available on quantity orders, so please contact us, you may be overwhelmed!

Imported food items are 10% off the listed price for case items only.  For other posted item discounts, such as caviars, please contact us and we will develop a discount price based on quantity and current availability of the items.  Some items are already priced with a  very low price and a discount  is not available.

Other discounts available are for shipping and tax credits for North Carolina because it is for a local type of shipping.  There is free shipping or delivery within 100 miles of the Triad of North Carolina also.

Question 3) When will the Element Ozone generator units be available?

Answer 3) The units are in production now and we are waiting for them to become available so we can start taking orders. Can't wait!!
