Chef Services Inc. fully guarantees all its perishable products for freshness and quality. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there are any noticeable damages, return it with the delivery company or call then for a pickup. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer service number so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account. We appreciate your business and are committed to excellence in service.
Chef Services Inc. is in agreement with The Greater Atlantic Trading Co. , also know as Mayfair USA, and Caviarstar, on all purchases and items shipped from their location. We will honor all commitments to quality, customer service and guarantee of perishable and non-perishable products. Customer service toll free 1-866-471-3247.
All non-perishable products have a 30-day money back guarantee and must be returned to supplier in order to verify refund.
Imported and domestic caviars returns policies
Chef Services Inc. perishable products are 100% guaranteed. Exchanges or refunds are at our sole discretion. If you have product questions, please contact us immediately at 1-866-471-3247.
Returned products must arrive at our facility in good condition and properly chilled with ice packs. Refund will be base on quantity of returned product and condition upon arrival.
Since 1998, all aspects of the caviar trade have been governed by the Convention of International and Endangered Species (CITES). We import and sell only caviar that has been produced by those officially approved and authorized by CITES laws and regulations. Our imported caviar is also monitored by the FDA and US Customs, and is confirmed and documented to be derived from legally acquired sturgeon.
At Chef Services Inc. we reserve the right to determine the validity of all returns.

Shipping to and from Mayfair USA is at the customers expense and varies according to weight , size, shipping type and location.
All items will be shipped insured.
Mayfair USA is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs, you can return your item for exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to recieve instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- A restocking fee applies(provided the item is repacked according to factory standards and without excessive wear)
- Items originally purchased with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
