Shipping Policy
Excellent customer service is our goal. If you are having any problem with the shipping arrangements, please contact us immediately at our toll free number 1-866-585-0735.
- Our caviar and Smoked Seafood is shipped refridgerated in our custom designed and insulated packaging. Your order will arrive fresh, shipped via FedEx or DHL overnight delivery. Shipping and handling charges of $25.00 for these perishable items.
- Carriers will not deliver to a PO Box. Please indicate a full shipping address and telephone number when ordering.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please carefully check name, address and zip code of recipient.
- Please provide any "Special Shipping Instructions" at checkout. We are not responsible, for loss or damage to deliveries requested with no signature required, or, for delivery delays that are beyond our control.
- Perishable items are shipped next-day, and non-perishable items are shipped ground unless you have requested otherwise.
- Orders for perishable items received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday, are processed and shipped the same-day unless a later ship date is requested. Orders received on Friday are processed same-day only if accompanied by an extra Saturday Delivery fee of $12.50 per address to our standard shipping charges. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations. If your order is urgent, please call us and we will do whatever we can to expedite it.
- Shipping and handling charges of $25.00 for perishable items, or $12.50 for non-perishable items, are added per order for Continental US. An additional charge of $10.00 is added to each order for west coast, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
- Certain Non-perishable items are available in single selections or by the case. Please contact us for discounted prices and case item count sizes. There is no mix and match on case items per case.
- Online images are representations only.
- Caviar and smoked seafoods can only be shipped within the continental United States. *Only non-perishable products can be shipped to Canada.
Return Policy
Chef Services Inc. products are guaranteed 100%. Exchanges or refunds are determined at our sole discretion. If you have a product question, please contact us immediately immediately toll free at 1-866-585-0735 . Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery, return immediately to point of origin by carrier if damaged in the original shipping packaging.
Return products must arrive at our facility in good condition, and properly chilled with ice packs. Refunds will be calculated based on quantity of returned product and condition on arrival. We reserve the right to determine validity of all returns.

Shipping costs vary pending order size,weight and destination. Shipping will be according to actual weight and cost shipped ground rates for either ground shipper rates or DHL, whichever is needed for order size. Shipping charge overages will be refunded.
A $250.00 order minimum for china cases applies. Orders over $1500.00 will be shipped free in NC and SC. Orders over $3000.00 also will be shipped free of charge. Please contact us for industry or resellers discounts.
